Cook 6 or 7 medium potatoes with jackets on. Peel and grate; put in greased 9x12 pan. While potatoes are cooking, mix together 1/4 C melted butter with 1 can cream of chicken soup. Add 1 pt. sour cream or IMO, 1/3 C grated onion, 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese. Pour over potatoes and mix lightly. Top with 2 C crushed corn flakes mixed with 2 T melted butter. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
