     Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar (18oz) Sweet and sour sauce
1 bag (16 oz) Frozen Szechuan vegetables
1/2 tsp salt
 
Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-in pieces. In crock pot, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on low 5-6 hours. Serve over rice.
