1 pkg pasta (i prefer multi-color spiral rotini or shells)-Cook until only slightly done. Drain. Add
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C chopped onion
1/4 C minced green pepper
1/2 C peeled, sliced or chopped carrots
1 can black olives, chopped or sliced
1 C frozen peas
addition vegetables as desired (broccoli and cauliflower are good)
chopped ham and cheese
Instructions
Dressing-
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C canola oil
3/4 C white vinegar
1/2 t pepper
1 T dried parsley
1/2 t dried garlic powder
1 t seasoned salt
1 t italian seasoning
additional salt to taste
Pour over salad, toss well. cover and refrigerate. Best after 6-8
hours or a day or two. Stir often to keep dressing off bottom
