Mix the above ingredients together and cool to lukewarm. Crumble
into the above mixture 2 cakes yeast. Add 2 beaten eggs and about
4 1/2 C flour. Mix to a soft dough, then turn out on floured board
and knead until smooth and elastic, not sticky. Place in greased
bowl and cover with damp cloth. Let rise until double in size, punch
down and let rest 10 minutes. Melt one stick butter in small pan.
