     Kathleen's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 C brown sugar
1 C shortening
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
cream together until very smooth. Then add-
2 1/2 C flour
 
1 1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Mix until blended. Add 1 pkg chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 8-11 min.
