Melt butter in bottom of crock pot. Separate half cup sugar and all cinnamon. Drain peaches, saving the juice. Mix 1 C sugar and the other dry ingredients together in a bowl. Stir in milk and syrup from peaches. Put peaches in crock pot with melted butter. Pour batter over the top of peaches. Mix cinnamon and 1/2 C sugar-sprinkle over top of mixture. Cook on high for 2 1/2-3 hours or until batter is dry.
