In a heat-proof bowl, inside a saucepan of hot water, melt white chocolate with cream, stirring gently until smooth. Let cool to room temp. Beat Cream cheese with sugar until fluffy, then add orange rind. Stir in chocolate mixture and orange juice. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Can make up to 2 days ahead if stored in an airproof bowl. Serve with fruit.
