Mix the cake mix and instant pudding together. Add eggs, oil, and water to cake and pudding mix. Beat for 10 minutes. Pour in Pam sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. When done and while hot, prick all over the top with a sharp fork. Mix topping ingredients (below) together and pour on cake, spreading topping around. Very good served warm.
