     Chili by Chef Thomas

Ingredients
2.5 pounds lean ground beef
8 oz diced onion
6 oz diced celery
6 oz diced green pepper
1/2 oz minced garlic
24 oz tomato sauce
36 oz kidney beans
24 oz diced tomatoes in juice
24 oz V8
 
6 oz Tomato Paste
1 oz Frank's Hot Sauce
2 T chili powder
2 T chocolate chips
2 T brown sugar
3/4 t fresh oregano
1/8 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t black pepper

Instructions
1. Brown meat and drain fat.
2. Add onion, peppers, and celery and cook 15 minutes
3. Add all remaining ingredients and slowly bring up to a slow boil stirring to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan
4. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook for 30-45 minutes.
