1. Brown pork chops in olive oil & season with salts & paprika.

|
2. Preheat oven to 375ºF
3. Place browned chops in 9x13 baking dish
|
|
|
4. Sautee onions & mushrooms in olive oil
5. Combine onions, mushrooms & soup in separate bowl. Mix well & spoon over chops
|
|
|
6. Cover & bake @ 375ºF for 45min-1hr, then uncover & bake for 15 more minutes
internal temperature of pork chops should be 160ºF
