Ingredients
DOUGH
Use Gefen round ravioli or kreplach wrappers or any other brand.
MEAT FILLING
1 and 1/2 lbs meat chuck roast
4 fried onions
onion soup mix
salt and pepper
Gind, mix all and fill wrappers
 

Instructions
Boil meat for 2 1/2 hours in onion soup and water. Grind meat and fried onions.
If you have a small rolling pin, make the dough a little thinner. littl Moisten edges of dough with egg and fold and seal. Use a for to crimp the edges, Then freeze. When ready to serve. boil in salted water for 20 minutes. I usually boil in shallow pan not on high.
