     Raspberrry Mousse

Ingredients
1 box frozen raspberries
1 package raspberry jello
1 cup water
15 marshmallows
1 c. non-dairy creamer
 

Instructions
Dissolve jello in 1 cup water. Melt marshmallows in juice from drained raspberries over heat. Mix jello with marshmallow mixture and refrigerate until it begins to gel. Beat until pink. Beat non-dairy creamer. Fold together with jello mixture and raspberries and refrigerate overnight.
