|
All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Melt 1/2 lb butter in large roasting pan. Cook noodles and drain under cold water. Cream together cottage and cream cheese and addto noodles in large bowl. Mix well

Add sour cream, vanilla and sugar to noodles. Beat eggs well and combine with noodle mixture. Pour into roasting pan and combine with butter. Cover with graham creacker topping.

Bake in preheated 325 degrees oven for 1 hour.

|
TOPPING
Combine and spread evenly over noodle pudding before baking. Reduce sugar if desired.
