     PISTACHIO CAKE

Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
1/2 c. milk
5 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding
1 lg. ctn. Cool Whip
4 oz. chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 c. water
 

Instructions
Mix cake mix, eggs, water, milk, oil and nuts together. Add all pudding mix, except for 1/2 of 1 package. Pout into Pam sprayed bundt pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done at 350 degrees. When cake is cool, frost cake with Cool Whip mixed with the 1/2 package of pudding. Serves 18-20 people.
