Instructions
1. Heat 2.5 r.bowl water in high heat.
2. Add 125g blanched pork rib, 250g sliced lotus root, 1 sliced carrot, 100g de-shelled peanuts, 1 dried cuttlefish and 5 pitted red dates, boil.
3. Lower heat to simmer for 2 hrs.
