1. Heat 2.5 r.bowl water in high heat.

2. Add 125g blanched pork rib, 250g cut watercress
and 5 pitted red dates, boil.
|
|
|
3. Lower heat to simmer for 2 hrs. 5 mins before
off, add 1/2 tbsp of soaked goji berries.
