Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl add green beans, mushrooms, soup and milk. Mix together well.
Fold in 2 cups of cheese and 1 can of fried onions. Pour into a 13 X 9 glass casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and cover top with remaining cheese and 2nd can of friend onions. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
