     Skeeters Corn Puddin

Ingredients
2 cups fresh or canned corn
4 eggs
2 tbls flour
2 tbls white sugar
1 tsp salt
13/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
6 tbls butter
 

Instructions
Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs, beating well. Stir in corn and milk. Pour ingredients into buttered casserole and bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Stirring once during baking when it first start to bubble and just before it sets. Pudding will look like custard when done.
