     Oleeta Brown's Pie Crusts

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 stick of butter
1 tbls cold water
1 pinch salt
 

Instructions
With a fork or pastry blender, blend butter and flour until thoroughly mixed together with no lumps of butter left. Spoon in water and blend some more with fork. When water is mixed with flour and butter, take it in your hands and knead it no more than three times. Pinch in half and roll out on floured board or cloth. This makes 2 very thin pie crusts.
