Mix sugar and margarine together. Add eggs and beat until light
and fluffy. Mix in honey and cream until smooth. Add spices and
mix, then add baking soda mixture stir together ( do not over mix).
Now add flour. If mixture is dry add Tbsp cream. You might need
to refrigerate the dough at this point in order to work with it. Roll
dough into 1 inch and bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes. Dip cookies
in icing and let dry on wax paper.
