Season salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper
1 package tortilla chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel Chili Fixins tomatoes (or diced with green chiles)
2 cups Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
Instructions
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
Season chicken with the spices. Heat oil in a skillet and add chicken; fry until done. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add soups and tomatoes to the chicken. Stir well.
Gently stir in 1/2 of the chips and transfer mixture to a large lightly greased casserole dish.
Crush remaining chips, sprinkle on top of mixture and then sprinkle all with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Suggestions
Feel free to use other types of chips on top; Fritos work well. Also feel free to serve this with typical taco fixings - guacamole and sour cream.
