In a large stockpot place the following: Water, Chicken Thighs, Onion, Carrots, Potatoes, Celerly, Green Beans and liquid, Garlic, Cabbage and the chicken seasoning.
Take 2-3 tomatoes out of the can and dice. Add tomatoes to the stockpot mixture. Then pour the juice only from the remaining tomatoes into the stockpot.
Bring to a boil, then simmer till chicken in done. Salt and pepper to taste. About 10 minutes before the soup is done, add the chopped cilantro and simmer.

Serve with noodles if desired.
