Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss ribs with flour until evenly coated
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the ribs. cook until they are browned on both sides. Transfer to 2L baking dish

|
heat dressing in the same skillet on med high heat. Add the vegetables and cook 3-5 minutes. Stir frequently. Stir in the broth and the bbq sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Pour over the ribs

|
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until ribs are tender and meat can easily be pulled away from the bones.
|
|
|
Serve with hot mashed potatoes. and side vegetable.
