     Over night cheese puffs

Ingredients
4 cups cubed egg bread or challah bread cut into 1/2 inch pieces with the crust removed
1 cup kraft old cheddar cheese shredded
5 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3 green onions chopped finely
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
 

Instructions
Place bread in 6 ramekins sprayed with cooking spray; topped with cheese. Whisk the remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over the cheese. Refrigerate overnight
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake filled ramekins uncovered for 40-45minutes or until the tops are puffed and knife inserted in the centres comes out clean.
