TOPPINGS FOR ICE CREAM
BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE
Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring frequently; remove from heat and cool completely. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
CARAMEL SAUCE
Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
HOT FUDGE SAUCE
Heat milk, chocolate chips and sugar to boiling in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat; stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. Refrigerate any remaining sauce
