Mix first five ingredients together, stir for 20 minutes. Sift dry ingredients. Mix with wet ingredients, add nuts last.
Place in greased pan lined with wax paper. Garnish with half pecans.
Tube pan 1 hour 15 min
Loaf pan 1 hour 10 minutes
Bake at 300-325, I only needed 50 minutes.
