     Dressing

Ingredients
4 cups cornbread, cubed
4 cups french bread, cubed
1/2 stick butter
1/2 onion
1 cup celery
2 cups broth (may need more)
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp sage
 
salt/ pepper to taste

Instructions
Dry breads in 200F oven for approx 40 mins or let stale over a few days on counter. Preheat oven to 350F. Cook onions and celery in butter until soft. Add herbs and broth, bring to a boil. Pour mixture over bread and gently stir to combine. Spread in 9x13 inch pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Tips make sure there is a small amount of broth in bottom of pan so dressing is not dry. Cover for the first half of cooking time to keep moist.
