     Charlie's Marinade

Ingredients
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup bourbon or scotch
3 tablespoon black pepper and cayenne pepper
4 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon habenero pepper sauce OR 2 cloves of crushed garlic
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
