     Meik's Marinade

Ingredients
12 ounces of beer
1/3 cup diced onion
2 tablespoon cooking oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 
Instructions
In a glass bowl combine all ingredients; add meat. Refrigerate overnight. GREAT FOR KABOBS
