In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, paprika, brown sugar, cornstarch, and red pepper. Mix well and set aside. In a wok or large skillet add oil and stir fry garlic over med heat until golden. Add pork. Stir fry until cooked. Add half of the soy sauce mixture. Mix into the pork until it darkens. Remove pork and set aside. Add in green beans, water and rest of soy sauce mix. Cook on med-high heat 8-10 min. Until beans are tender and water is gone. Add pork until warm.
