Add oil to skillet. Add sausage and onions and cooked until brown. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add broth, rotel, and reduce heat to med-low. Add cream and pasta. Simmer until pasta is tender about 15 min. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining cheese.
