     Barbecue Pork Ribs

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Preptime   5 hours

Ingredients
Pork Dry Rub - in recipes
Barbecue sauce - in recipes
1-2 racks of pork ribs

Instructions
Now you will need to prepare the meat. Remove the ribs from the package and rinse under cool water. Place meat on rack in large roasting pan and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle the dry rub generously over both sides of ribs. Not so much that it falls off but well enough to coat the meat.
There is no need to preheat the oven. Just place the ribs on a middle rack. Turn the oven to 225F and leave it alone for 3 1/2 hours.
Mix up the barbecue sauce. After your ribs have been in the oven for their 3 1/2 hours pull them out and generously pour the barbecue sauce over them. Return to oven for one more hour.
Let the ribs sit for at least 15 minutes so you don't lose all the juice when you cut them.
