|

2 tsp. olive oil
|
|
1 tsp.chopped garlic
|
|
3/4 lbs. roasted chicken cut into strips for stir frying
|
|
1/2 c, duced tomatoes
|
|
1/4 c, white wine
|
|
1/2 c, chicken stock
|
|
4 tso, butter softened
|
|
1 lb. pasta bows
|
|

4 tso, grated romano
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oil & sautee garlic, add chicken & broccoli & tomatoes. Cover and cook for 3 min.
|

|
-Uncover pan/raise heat to high until sauce is reduced.
|
|
|
Add wine, stock & butter. Heat till butter is melted.
|
|
|
Cook pasta & add to sauce. Sprinkle w/cheese.
