Heat oven to 350. Put foil liners into muffin tin. Mix sugar and cinnamon in Ziploc bag. Cut biscuits into thirds. Shake biscuit pieces in plastic bag. Shake. Add all pieces to muffin cups. In a small saucepan melt the butter and brown sugar over med heat. Boil for 1 min. Spoon 1 tsp over each muffin tin. Bake for 17 min.
