Brown meat in oil. When cooked through, add onion, celery, corn and salts; cook 10 minutes more. Combine eggs and cornmeal and add to meat mixture. Cook another 15 minutes. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350.
