In a large skillet cook onions in oil until translucent. Add meat, salts and pepper until meat is cooked thoroughly. Add potatoes and cook 5 minutes longer. Add bouillon and water and simmer for 30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese just before serving.
