1 cup chopped cucumber

2 lemons, juiced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
Wisk together lemon juice and olive oil.
|

In separate bowl combine all other ingredients and
mix.
|
|
|
Pour olive oil and lemon juice mixture over
ingredients and stir well.
|

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
