     Crab Rangoons - Gluten Free

Ingredients
1 1/5 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1 tsp gluten free soy sauce
1/2 tsp Worchester
6 oz fancy white crab meat, rinsed and drained
1 green onion, finely diced
Tostitos scoops
 

Instructions
Beat first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add crab meat and green onion and mix.
Arrange 24 scoops on cookie sheet and spoon in about a teaspoonful of crab mixture in each.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with additional soy sauce or sriracha for dipping.

4 scoops = 163 calories
