Place chicken in crockpot. In a bowl, mix the barbeque sauce, salad dressing, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook 3-4 hours on high, 6-8 hours on low. Pull chicken out and shred. Pour sauce (thickened over stove if necessary) over chicken in a roll.
