Ingredients
3 medium potatoes (sliced or cut into chunks)
2 large carrots (sliced) or baby carrots
1 onion (sliced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
minced garlic
1 3-4 lb roast (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup water or beef broth
 
Instructions
Layer in crock pot- veggies, meat, seasoning, water. Cook on high 6 hours.
