Ingredients
1 lb. loaf bread
1 stick butter
1 onion
salt
pepper
thyme
poultry seasoning
2-4 eggs
 

Instructions
Tear bread up and divide equally into 2 bowls. Add salt and pepper, thyme and poultry seasoning. You should be able to see the thyme after it's mixed around. Sprinkle water in both bowls and mix around with hands. Add 1-2 eggs to each bowl and mix up to moisten.
Melt half stick of butter in pan. Chop onion and saute in butter to soften. Add stuffing to pan and mix. Let fry on low until it browns.
