     Spicy Chili Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
(2) King or sockeye salmon fillets, 1
1 Tbsp. olive or grapeseed oil
2 Tbsp. Sriracha Red Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. sugar
 

Instructions
Place oven rack in 2nd position from top and set oven to Broil. Line the rack of a broiler pan with aluminum foil.
Combine oil, chili sauce, garlic and sugar in a small bowl. Mix well.
Rub chili mixture over all surfaces of each salmon fillet. Place fillets on broiler pan and place in oven.
Broil for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning halfway through cooking time. Baste top of fillets again before re-inserting in oven, if desired.
Serving Suggestions
Excellent with a green salad w/vinaigrette dressing and a crusty bread
