Melt 1 12oz pkg of semi sweet chocolate chips on stove
Add egg yokes (put egg whites in separate bowl), vanilla, salt, ¼
cup sugar
When done, turn off stove and set mixture aside.
To egg whites, add 1/8 tsp cream of tarter and ½ cup sugar(added
gradually). Beat until it stands up stiff but not dry.
Fold both mixtures together. Make sure the chocolate isn’t too hot
or it
will melt the fluff.
Divide into two pie crusts. Let sit overnight in the fridge.
