Mix first 9 ingredients together. Chill overnight. Roll dough thin, cut out a circle shape with top of a cup (floured, so as not to stick) Mix dates, sugar and water for filling. Put tsp of filling inside each dough circle, fold in half. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 mins.
