     Scotch Short Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 lb butter
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
 

Instructions
Cream together sugar and butter. Add flour and baking powder - mix well. Working with your hands, make 3 cakes. Bake on parchment paper in cake tins. Prick the top of each with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
