Core and slice unpeeled pears. Toss pear slices with sugar, tapioca, spices, lemon juice and salt. Pile into pastry shell. Combine oatmeal, butter sugar and flour and crumble over pears. Bake at 400 degrees or 45 to 50 minutes or until pears are tender. Drizzle Caramel-Nut Sauce evenly over pie. Bake 8 minutes longer.
