4 large potatoes, coked with skins, peeled and shredded
1 egg
1 tsp salt
flour
Instructions
Mix potato, slat and egg. Begin adding flour, mixing well after each addition. Dough should not be sticky, yet not too stiff. Make into oblong or rounded balls and drop into boiling water. Boil over medium heat for 30 minutes.
