     Crab and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2 T. Butter
1 T. Oil
2 potatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 celery, chopped
4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 C. flour
1 bay leaf
2 C. chicken broth
 
4 C. milk
Frozen Corn
8 ounces crabmeat, chopped

Instructions
Heat butter and oil on medium heat. Add potatoes, onion, celery, seasoning and bay leaf; cook and stir 8 minutes until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with flour and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add corn and crab. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
