c. 1/2 lb processed cheese loaf (chopped into cubes)
d. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
d. tablespoon garlic powder
e. 1/3 cup cornstarch
Instructions
Melt the butter in large pot and add onion. Cook over medium
until onion softens. Add the broccoli and stir, and then add the
chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the heavy whipping cream and and garlic powder and stir.
Take a cup of the broth and mix it with cornstarch. Add it back
into the soup and stir into it thickens.
