     Swiss Steak

Ingredients
a. 1-2 pound round steak
a. flour and seasoned salt
b. 2 tablespoons olive oil
c. 1 chopped onion
c. 1 chopped green bell pepper
c. 2-3 stalks celery
c. 2 chopped carrots
d. 1 cup beef broth
d. 1 cup tomato sauce
 
d. a little worschsire sauce

Instructions
Pound the steak and season liberally with the flour and seasoned salt.
Heat oil in skillet and brown the steak on each side (about 2-3 minutes each side.) Remove the steak and set into the pan.
Add the C mixture vegetables and stir. Add the D mixture and bring to a boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mixture on top of the steak and bake at 300 for at least 45 minutes.
