Pound the steak and season liberally with the flour and seasoned
salt.
|
|
|
Heat oil in skillet and brown the steak on each side (about 2-3
minutes each side.) Remove the steak and set into the pan.

|
Add the C mixture vegetables and stir. Add the D mixture and
bring to a boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
|
|
|
Add the mixture on top of the steak and bake at 300 for at least
45 minutes.
